Re-Leased, based in Oxford Circus, is growing rapidly in the UK market and we need a Customer Success Specialist to ensure our customers are the happiest property software customers in the world.

Re-Leased is a Xero integrated, cloud-based property software product that enables the automation of property portfolio administration. We are heading into an un-touched market and it's exciting.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Implementation
  2. Support
  3. Ownership of Re-Leased's online support portal
  4. Targets
  • On-site visits
  • Product feedback
  • Collect customer testimonials
  • Collect customer referrals


Development Opportunities

  • An autonomous role that will allow you to design a successful customer success process and culture.
  • Grow a customer success team around you or be promoted internally into a sales or operations role.


Experience Required

  • Customer Support
  • Property Management
  • An attitude to take on ad-hoc tasks in a start-up environment
