Re-Leased, based in Oxford Circus, have entered the UK property software market and are growing rapidly. We need a Customer Success Specialist to ensure that our customers are the happiest property software customers in the world.

Developed in New Zealand, Re-Leased is a Xero integrated, cloud-based property software product that enables automation of property administration.

  • January 2016 entered the UK market


Position Responsibilities

  1. Customer Implementation
  2. Support
  3. Ownership of Re-Leased's online support portal
  4. Targets
  • On-site visits
  • Collate product feedback
  • Collate customer testimonials
  • Collate customer referrals


Development Opportunities

  • This role is an autonomous role that will allow you to design a successful customer success process and culture.
  • Grow a customer success team around you or be internally promoted into a sales or operations role.


Experience Required

  • Customer Support
  • Property Management Experience
  • Open minded attitude to take on ad-hoc tasks in a start-up environment
