Customer Support

  • Be point person of support from pre to post purchase by handling live chat, phone and email (CRM system Zendesk) 
  • Be familiar with USA order processing to provide customer critical order and stock information in timely manner 
  • Manage the bloom CRM system Zendesk - respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours 
  • Bring bloom high level of service to each customer with distinct bloom voice 
  • Direct customers to valuable customer help resources - help center, videos, instructional guide 
  • Help to track problems and purchase questions in zendesk with tagging 
  • Process all US warranty claims and send out the needed parts updating customer until case is closed 
  • Provide feedback to design, operations, marketing and Digital team on where the gaps in resources and service - this is critical - zendesk tracking will assist this 

Office Management

  • Organization of the office 
  • Marketing shipping, personalized retail packages 
  • Answering customer calls and following up on voice messages in timely fashion 
  • Receiving and processing returns from both amazon, direct consumers and big box retailers 

Schedule deliveries and organize for meetings
