Using research and insights you will develop and streamline the customer journey, service proposition and product offerings. Engaging and collaborating across the business you will refine, develop and lead customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints to deliver value for the customer and the business. This will include improving the product portfolio, rationalising or adding to where necessary.
You have demonstrated success leading customer experience initiatives as well as product management and development within large complex organisations. Your intuitive influencing ability allows you to quickly establish credibility and gain traction on your transformational projects through consultative and collaborative communication. A commercial decision maker, you effectively use data to present logical, well-reasoned solutions that have the customer at the forefront and move the business forward.
