This newly created role in the Marketing function is the voice of the customer for the business. It leads the development and integration of technology and digital initiatives, from strategy to implementation, to create quality future-focused customer experience and engagement. Working with internal teams (including IT), global partners and suppliers, the position has impact across the company in delivering change projects to commercially successful outcomes.
With a growth mindset and strategic perspective, you are adept in communicating ideas, presenting data and insights as well as building rapport to influence business decisions and company direction. Your technical expertise and ability to lead through change, giving confidence to others and your team, facilitates delivery of customer centered initiatives that are commercially robust.
This high impact role is ideal to utilise your expertise in championing the customer, to refine, develop and lead the customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints delivering value for the customer and the business.
