Who are we looking for?
We are looking for corporate and commercial lawyers ready to commence their LOD journey and join our LOD team working on unique assignments. The work involves advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters with fast paced and dynamic in-house teams within large corporates, based in Auckland.
To join us, you will:
- have at least 4 years’ relevant PQE with top-tier/mid-tier law firm and in-house or secondment experience.
- be available to commence a secondment at fairly short notice.
- be commercially minded, with the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of business.
- possess corporate and/or commercial experience that may include transactional work, M&As, joint ventures, corporate governance, IPOs, sale and purchase of business, business structuring, commercial contract drafting and review etc.
