About the roles
Reporting to an Area Operations Manager, your key role is to effectively manage the daily operations of the plant, ensuring quality production & delivery of concrete through management and direction of the fleet of drivers and other staff on site.
This is a fast paced environment and we are looking for leaders who can focus on developing their teams, driving efficiencies and improve systems and processes all whilst maintaining a safe environment.
A proven understanding of core manufacturing processes, quality control and leading production staff is essential – as is a passion to develop your career in the concrete industry. You’ll also need to have good problem solving skills, be cognisant of the bottom line and reducing wastage.
