Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the development of new and existing business opportunities with corporate customers in markets throughout New Zealand and Australia. The effective forecasting and linking of sales to processing capacity is a key part of the role as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive profitable sales revenue. This role will build and maintain key client relationships while maintaining a strong appreciation of market opportunities through analysis and account planning.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have significant business development experience and a proven ability to maintain strong and robust business relationships while developing and implementing sales strategies within a B2B environment. You will be skilled at analysing sales, margins, costs and profitability ideally within the service, waste or recycling sectors. Being able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills you will have a focus on continuous improvement and implementing successful sales strategies. An excellent communicator, you will have a high attention to detail and a flexible ‘hands on’ approach with a focus on customer service.
