Leading the commercial and strategic analysis for a critical channel you will ultimately ensure the field sales strategy is executed to world class standards. This involves developing and communicating sound conclusions and recommendations on a range of strategic/commercial metrics including pricing, “perfect store”, channel investment, customer acquisition, territory development to name a few. Core to this role is the ability to articulate the strategy to a wide range of stakeholders and get buy-in at all levels. You will demonstrate commercial credibility, sharp intellect and leadership presence.
Ideally you have a firm understanding of how field based sales strategies are executed and perhaps have spent time in a field sales role. On top of that you will have worked successfully in an analytical role within FMCG (category, strategy, finance?)
