Are you looking for a Clinical leadership position with an exciting future!
We are looking for Senior Registered Nurses to join our new Model of Care at the ADHB. We are revising how we work 24/7 and need experienced Nursing leaders to deliver this programme of change and support our patients and staff in the Clinical setting.
You will be required to have enthusiasm to develop within the role and beyond as this is a career pathway to future nursing leadership positions, both Clinical and non-Clinical.
You’ll need to have excellent problem solving skills and a proven ability to manage complex problems of a wide and varied nature across the organisation. You will be confident in making independent recommendations and liaising and collaborating with a range of people and teams.
You will have advanced experience in speciality nursing with proven leadership experience and ability. Experience in change and financial management is desirable, as well as a working knowledge of quality improvement. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in an interdisciplinary team and be able to navigate challenging situations.
We seek applications from NZ Registered Nurses with current annual practicing certificates working at the top of their scope in their current roles. You must have a minimum of 5 years clinical practice in an acute care setting post registration, previous experience as a Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager would be advantageous. Successful applicants will be supported with a comprehensive orientation and induction.
