This newly established role will report to the Chief Executive Officer and be responsible for fostering an outstanding culture of sales delivery. The role encompasses the overall development and management of software deployment post sale and end to end customer experience including onboarding and supporting their needs throughout the sales lifecycle. In addition, you will be part of leading and contributing to the organisational wide strategies through financial modelling and contract management, while ensuring the integrity of operational functions. You will be a key member of the leadership team and able to drive post sale deployment and efficiencies.

 

To succeed in this role, you will have extensive experience managing commercial operations coupled with a strategic financial focus. You will have a proven track record of motivating and driving high performing teams and have demonstrated experience with the development and optimisation of systems and processes. You will have contract management experience and a willingness to operate at all levels in the organisation, while not being afraid to get ‘hands on’ when required. A passionate leader with a performance driven approach, you will enjoy building relationships internally and externally while driving a customer centric culture.

Previous experience within a similar industry and experience scaling fast growing businesses would be advantageous.
