The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides both operational and strategic support to the company. The CFO leads the financial team and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organisation, helping to bring commercial awareness across the business. 

The CFO reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and directly assists the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on all strategic and tactical matters in the current financial year and with the CEO and COO across the medium and long-term horizons of the company, developing and implementing strategy and tactics to grow the group revenue and profitability, maximize value from intellectual property, while ensuring the financial integrity and robustness of the group.
