Reporting to the Group CEO your key responsibility will be to spear-head the financial stewardship to strategically drive the business forward. In this leading role, you will ensure the integrity and efficiency of all financial functions within the group to drive the increased financial stability and sustainability of the organisation. You will lead corporate, financial and risk management operations, develop long term financial and operational strategies and implement sound financial practices and superior service standards. You will also support the business in evaluating, advising on, developing and executing new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and direction to your team, managing the finance, administration, IT and card service functions, as well as enhancing financial methodologies and procedures. You will be a collaborative participant in the senior executive team and play a pivotal role, as part of that team, in leading the organisation through its vision and values.

To be successful in this role you will be a CA Qualified Accountant with proven experience in a similar role. You will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop your teams, the wider business and develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Ideally you will have experience in FMCG or the Agricultural industry, with previous experience of charge/credit card mechanisms desirable.
