NZ Post is now seeking to appoint an outstanding Chief Executive. The ideal candidate will be a highly credible leader with the gravitas and reputation to lead this significant New Zealand organisation. The Chief Executive will embrace the ethos of the company; “nothing gets in the way of delivering what people care

Overseeing the successful performance of the company in accordance with the goals and objectives agreed with the Board, the Chief Executive will ensure long term success and profitable growth, driving shareholder value. They will embrace innovation – creating a dynamic, technology enabled organisation.
The role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, a leader who is able to not only build the culture of the organisation, but also articulate the future vision and connect this with customers, employees and other stakeholders. The Board is seeking individuals with an established track record leading large and multifaceted organisations through change. While experience with logistics, or a business with a significant supply chain, would be advantageous, customer led, service orientated business experience will also be key. The successful candidate will be comfortable with complexity and demonstrate exceptional commercial acumen.
