The Role

Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role is responsible for setting and implementing strategy, providing overall leadership, and providing commercial, operational and financial stewardship for the Freeman Group. You will provide oversight for the marketing and sales functions and pull the 100 plus team together through effective leadership and management. You will ensure productivity and operational targets are reached, optimise resources, manage the property portfolio, seek and secure commercial opportunities to develop and grow the company. This role will lead all commercial activities including financial, IT, business systems, risk, quality, health & safety, procurement, manufacturing, and client management.


Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role you will be a strategic and innovative thinker, able to demonstrate previous success in business leadership, ideally with exposure to a sector involved in or related to the manufacturing and selling of building products. Through your interpersonal style and commercial acumen you will build trust and gain respect from the team, key stakeholders and clients in order to continue Freeman Groups commercial success.
