Reporting to the Board, you will be responsible for the effective overall management and achievement of the company strategy through your exceptional leadership. Success will be measured by taking a future focus to ensure the business keeps abreast and leverages emerging technologies, driving a positive culture and engagement with the team, stakeholders and customers, while benchmarking against international best practice.
Skills and Experience
You will be an accomplished senior leader with sound commercial judgement, excellent communication and influencing skills with a focus on managing stakeholder and strategic partnerships. A proven track record ideally within a significant organisation with a strong operational focus, desire to develop people and the ability to drive key strategic initiatives are essential for your success. A background within a consumer driven organisation in the energy and/or infrastructure sector would be advantageous.
You will be a transformational leader, who has a view of the future but respects the existing heritage of EA Networks.
