Reporting to the Board, you will have overarching leadership and management of the business, driving the vision and business plans to deliver the growth strategies. This is a wide ranging role leading the overarching management of the business including sales, product design, manufacturing, logistics, operations, warehousing, distribution and administration. Key responsibilities include strategic and financial management, leadership and human resources, health and safety, commercial relationship management and future growth development.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have considerable professional, senior leadership experience and capability, ideally in a manufacturing environment. You will be a dynamic and confident leader with strong interpersonal skills and the desire and ability to deliver the long term strategies of the business. Your strong financial, analytical and commercial acumen will be matched by excellent people management and communication skills.
To succeed in this role, you will be a strategic thinker, ideally with past successes in the production or manufacturing environment and a focus on continual improvement and LEAN processes while being comfortable being actively involved in building key customer and supplier relationships.
