Previously known as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Trust, the messages of equal opportunity, equity and diversity have been promoted in the public and private sectors for more than 25 years. Today, with over 400 members, Diversity Works continues to advocate and educate for behaviour change, increasing employer and employee knowledge and best practice.

An on-going focus will be to identify and advance the dialogue, through research, collateral and training, with recommendations to help New Zealand workplaces “do diversity and inclusion well and do well because of it”.

You will also bring wisdom to recognise and acknowledge diversity of thought and experience, astute to situations where change may take more time and a different approach. Your commercial perspective and action orientation will enable you to turn strategy into operational activity. With a pragmatic outlook and recognising the rewards and challenges of the non-profit sector, you will be results-driven with financial acumen to manage, interpret and present outcomes to the Board. Your impactful presentation skills will amplify the compelling message to varied audiences, across New Zealand.
Imagine a future vision for New Zealand where equality of opportunity is embraced, richness of ideas brings success and individuals thrive. This position will bring fulfillment and elevate your leadership visibility, across sectors.
