At Uber we are building an in-house marketing team that can create and execute world class ideas to take the brand into its next chapter of growth across the UK.  We are looking for people with buckets of ambition, bold ideas and plenty of hustle.  You will be working with a team to conceive and execute ideas for one of the most talked about brands in the UK.  



  • Uber success has been founded on an incredible product - We want to continue to find ways to improve the product experience.  In this role you will define a brand experience strategy, identifying those elements of the rider’s experience we want to become famous for.  
  • As part of this role, you will not only generate the insights and ideas, but also a method for how we evaluate and measure payback.
  • Work with brand partners to improve the product experience, e.g. Spotify.
  • Be part of a team developing, defining and refining the brand’s positioning and tone in the UK.
  • Playbooking. Document everything. The learnings from today will pave the way for growth in the region and other markets around the world.


  • A natural love for product and service innovation.
  • Creativity – An ability to make the leap from consumer insight to innovation.
  • 6-9 years experience, primarily client side.
  • Example of service innovation you have developed, and the results they has driven.
