What the job involves

Working with other team members and teams across Council, you will identify work practice, process and service improvements. You'll ask the right questions to accurately scope the requirements, then you'll support your colleagues in technical development and delivery of the solution. With the changes you make having a direct impact on our business efficiency, this position provides both challenge and satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

A highly motivated and experienced Systems Analyst with ideally at least four years' experience. Tertiary qualified to level 6 or equivalent with a minimum of two years experience using Technology One. You will have a sound understanding of formal methodologies to extract and succinctly document requirements, determining the underlying drivers for system changes. Strong communication and relationship building skills, confident in using MS Office and related applications are crucial to the success in this position.
