The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned specialist residential aged care services provider, offering rest home, hospital and dementia care to the elderly in 17 residential facilities throughout New Zealand, employing just under 1000 people.
We are committed to making 2018 a great year and we need a Business Support/PA person to join us on our mission. Someone who is smart and resourceful; who can join our small Auckland based team and deliver truly exceptional support the wider business.
This role will see you managing the marketing; support our Facility Managers with their marketing, company website, collateral, PR, market data analysis, communications and document control. In addition you will manage the day to day running of the small Auckland office and reporting to the GM of Operations you will also ensure that she and her team are under control by supporting them with analysis, administration, presentations, reporting meeting organization and a range of projects.
You will be experienced in administration with exposure to marketing or communications. You are capable and can make anything happen that is thrown at you. This role does require you to have advanced Microsoft Office skills, an analytical mind and be system savvy but it's your ability to influence, build relationships, manage stakeholders and deliver results that will see you succeed.
