Due to a promotion within NZTE, we are looking for a BDM Market Analyst to boost the customer facing research and analytical capability of the South American region. For this new position, we want someone who is inquisitive by nature and never stops at first glance. The ability to seek out quality data and provide this in a format that translates to New Zealand businesses and adds value to our customers is key. Your valuable local market insights will ultimately enable our customers to make good business decisions.
To be effective in this role you'll demonstrate an ability to seek out, gather, synthesise and validate information, proven experience in analysis and producing articulate and succinct written reports all with the customer in mind. You'll be proactive and collaborative by nature across the region and New Zealand and be comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll know where to go in the market to source information and will proactively build on your existing network connections of research providers and sources. You'll love knowing that your support to the others in the team has helped them build a deeper more strategic engagement with their customers.
Fluency in written and spoken English, Spanish and Portuguese will enable you to work effectively across Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay and Paraguay and Bolivia as a key in-market conduit and is essential to be considered for this role.
