Better by Design exists to inspire and enable businesses to take a customer-centred approach based on deep insights from their international customers. The end game is to help our customers grow internationally, bigger, better and faster.
We're looking for a new leader who will inspire customers and the team. You will deliver a world class trio of services;
- our annual CEO Summit, a two-day inspirational design conference on best practice in design thinking and innovation from the world's best thinkers and practitioners
- the Design Study Tour, an international four-day immersive experience for senior executives visiting exemplar organisations to experience the culture and environment inside
- and our transformational service working directly with businesses helping them better understand their customers in market then turning those insights in to action, using design thinking practices.
You'll be commercially saavy, curious, have a sound understanding of design thinking practices and are customer-centred yourself. Leading a small team you'll be prepared to get stuck in to the work. You'll also be comfortable working with individuals at CEO level.
