BRAND AMBASSADOR, LONDON
20-30 HRS PER WEEK
The Brand Ambassador – London, supports our retail partners across the London territory. This role is responsible for developing and growing relationships with key account contacts with a strong focus on sales, sell through and rotation of products, providing in store demonstrations, brand training and visual merchandising.
Key responsibilities include: • Developing professional relationships with key London retailer accounts & their key staff• Visiting retailers to provide in store demonstrations, brand training and other special events • Understanding Antipodes brand style and using scripts and training are delivered in accordance to this style • Providing a strong focus on sales, sell through and rotation of products. • Empowering retail staff to retail and promote the Antipodes brand in-store to our new best practice standards • Working closely with your manager and other Brand Ambassadors, to develop and identify opportunities in the territory for key HVR accounts • Successfully scheduling territory to cover call cycles and events on a quarterly basis • Achieving overall client growth, satisfaction, and retention on specified accounts • Meeting KPIs for the territory • Supporting with Administrative duties as directed and required • Supporting with stock management, including but not limited to; stock control; stock takes; making up gift bags; assisting with logistics and stock management for events, testers, etc. • Utilise customer insights and knowledge of our customers journey to make informed decisions and improve customer service and sales.
Visiting retailers on call cycles • Stock shelves with merchandise when required and ensuring product is displayed in best practice planogram style • Building in-store and window displays • Conducting weekly in-store demonstrations • Initiating, planning and running beauty events • Providing training to retailers as required • Accurately recording expenses incurred in the role • Maintain an up to date register of contact names and calls and visits for each retailer • Liaise and maintain relationships with your manager, HQ staff and other Brand Ambassadors. • Working with your manager to identify opportunities in the territory through the development and establishment of better relationships with key accounts. • Completing any other task as required in the role. • Building, developing and strengthening relationships with Kinetic reps. • Completing any other task as required in the role. Skills required; • Excellent communicator and relationship builder • Experience in retail sales and providing excellent customer service • Ability to Travel (domestically) as required • Clean, Full drivers license • Must be able to work independently and over weekends • Proactive and takes initiative • Understanding and experience of the skincare/cosmetic industry advantageous • Excellent time management skills • Experience working towards sales based KPIs and targets • Passion for premium natural skincare Tools Provided • Antipodes uniform for key events and in-store demos / lab coat
