We are looking for an Airport Operations Manager to work collaboratively with the local Airport Manager, managing daily operational issues with considerations to any impacts from a customer, operational or business perspective. Your role will be to develop solid partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including wider Air New Zealand operational teams, ground handling partners, airport agencies and authorities. With a passion for continuous improvement, you will be driven to identify and implement operational efficiencies and champion internal and external customer service delivery for consistency and ultimately meeting/exceeding performance standards.
As an experienced leader, you will have proven experience in managing large operational functions within complex, challenging environments. Airline experience is preferred, in parallel with your breadth of experience in customer centric environments where you have built strong, engaged and service focused teams. In previous roles you will have demonstrated your expertise in driving change, process development and standards implementation with a strong results orientation towards achieving performance targets.
