Due to an increased capacity in the market, we are looking for 2 Account Development Manager to join our team. (flexible work hours is a must due to Industry events, domestic and international travel.)

- 1x (12 month) full time contract
Both ADM'S will strategically manage an assigned region (Western or Eastern Canada), inclusive of leisure and SMEs accounts.
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will own and manage the sale engagement plan to support the achievement of the Account Portfolio goals by training and developing existing National Accounts, as well as growing smaller regional accounts, with the shared goal of achieving KPIs.
You will focus on account engagement, face to face interaction as well as regular and consistent interaction and coordination with NAM's. You will lead and implement training as required, develop comprehensive sales plans and actively support escalated matters in collaboration with the Sales Operations team.
To be considered, you will have a tertiary degree with 2-3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales Planning and/or Sales Strategy with Leisure Trade Accounts.
Additionally you will have proven experience with data analysis, interpretation and business plan development in a sales team. You will also have the ability to leverage data integration software skills including spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft CRM.
