Rebekah Heineke - founder of SailFit, creating unique sailing retreats for fit-curious women, with a strong focus on body positivity, fun fitness & adventure! Rebekah is also the visionaire and founder of Nude Glow Yoga, the world’s first ever of its kind, an impactful, body positive event at the famed Ministry of Sound Club.

Claire Harrison - aka The Happy Lady is a BACP-registered Therapist fostering empathetic and connected relationships within families, based on her foundation in Education Psychology (NZ) and Therapeutic Counselling (UK).

Hosted by Tiffany Hardy (MC) – of V!TSOL Media, helping you DELIVER YOUR BEST using her presenting, MC, voiceover and on-camera coaching experience. Tiffany comes from a career at TVNZ, Radio New Zealand, Southland TV, Media Works and international production companies and agencies.
