Taking a strengths-based approach to your career

Taking a strengths-based approach to your career

Come along to hear how Ashley Siddall, Senior Gallup Consultant, applies science to help organisations improve their employees’ work lives as well as business outcomes.

A study by international research, analytics and consulting firm Gallup found that 77% of New Zealanders are not engaged at work, meaning they are not as emotionally connected to their jobs and workplace as they could be, and are less likely to be productive in their roles.

Gallup’s research reveals that when people use their strengths every day, they are six times more likely to be engaged in their work and three times more likely to say they have an excellent quality of life.

This session, designed exclusively for Business School alumni, will explore ways you can identify your natural strengths, find ways to use these strengths every day and ultimately take a strengths-based approach to your career.
