Service design - create meaningful and engaging products and services by starting with a good honest conversation.
It's fair to say that 2020 hasn't been the year many of us had planned, as we emerge from lockdown into what social media has coined the post Covid world, many of us are left wondering what the heck just happened and importantly what does this mean for my business now?
In this webinar, service designer Keita Twist will share with you how having meaningful conversations with your customers is the first step in designing experiences which resonate and make sense, not only for your customers but for your business too. Unlike the everyday conversations we have at work, with friends and colleagues, the conversations you have with customers which lead to reshaped service offerings and well thought out products, need to follow a structured methodology and require a certain mindset. Come along to hear more about the conversation mindset and methodologies. In this session we will cover: A brief introduction to service design (what is it and why do you want it) What do we mean by talking with customers How to talk to people for no other reason except to learn something new Some common misconceptions about conversations with customers Where you can find useful information and tools Keita Twist Service designer and hard core chit chatter.
