The Modern Māori Quartet are bringing their old school entertainment and utterly incredible voices to NOOSA alive! for one night only!
Inspired by the NZ show-bands of the 60’s and 70’s, MMQ merge soul classics with the Māori tradition of storytelling in this heartwarming and humorous evening.
The MMQ, known as: James Tito, Matariki Whatarau, Maaka Pohatu and Francis Kora mix old-school charm with modern quirk, spiced with Maori culture to be to bring the concept of a Māori Ratpack into the present with a contemporary twist.
This is a must do event in Noosa - come and enjoy all the events that the NOOSA alive! festival of culture and arts presents in one of Australia's iconic Winter destinations.
