About this workshop Research shows that the area for greatest growth and development does not lie in trying to rectify our weaknesses. Our greatest potential for growth and career satisfaction comes from developing and building on our strengths. For many women, in the midst of their career, they may question whether it may have lost its buzz or enjoyment that it once had. Many of us often find that as our career progresses, the nature of the work we spend time on has changed and we are working on tasks and activities that drain us, de-energise us and simply no longer play to our strengths. This workshop will provide you with an opportunity to learn more about Strengths and what they are (and how you can use them more productively to get more from your working life (and beyond) You will get a greater understanding about what your significant seven strengths might look like and how you could use them more effectively to get more energy, enjoyment, satisfaction and success from your work. We will give you a sneak preview to a cutting edge psychometric tool called Strengthscope™, which will allow you to identify your own strengths simply and accurately. This tool draws on the latest findings in positive psychology, the science behind how we flourish in life and work.
