Luncheon with Linda Sewell - The Future of the Forestry Industry: Opportunities and Trends in Australia Linda Sewell has over 20 years of experience in the Australian and New Zealand forestry industries and is the CEO of OneFortyOne Plantations. Her previous roles include Chief Executive positions with HVP Plantations, the largest privately owned plantation company in Australia with assets in excess of $A1 billion, and Futurebuild, a Carter Holt Harvey subsidiary that manufactures laminated veneer lumber products from mills in Australia and New Zealand. A sample of Linda's major achievements include: leading HVP Plantations through the Black Saturday bushfires and their aftermath, negotiating and completing a historic conservation agreement with the Victorian State Government, and negotiating the merger of the two industry peak bodies. OneFortyOne Plantations Pty Ltd. (OneFortyOne) was formed in 2012 by Campbell Global, LLC to invest in timberland assets in forestry, plantation and other timber operations in Australia on behalf of its clients. OneFortyOne's initial investment consists of the cutting rights of the South Australian Government's Green Triangle plantation estate and associated assets (SA Plantation Estate).
