The London Pacific Collective Fashion Show is widely aimed at promoting the best of Pacific Fashion in LONDON during the opening weekend of the Rugby World Cup and London Fashion Week with Fashions Finest.
London Pacific Fashion Collective 2015 featuring 5 of the South Pacific Top/Emerging Fashion Designers will be showcasing 2 Fashion Shows in London during the Rugby World Cup Opening Weekend as part of the Festival of Rugby event.
Designers vary from Master Weavers specialising in Ethnic Fibre, Steam Punk, Blanket Designer, Pacific Ready to Wear, Swimwear and Couture’s.
Designers include Shona Tawhiao (NZ), Jeanine Clarkin (NZ),Louina Fifita (Tonga) Meilin Vitale-Vae (Samoa/Hawaii) and Ana Lavekau (Fiji).
The London Pacific Fashion Collective theme is geared towards the Rugby World Cup says ‘Director of London Pacific Fashion ‘Ana Lavekau’. We have been preparing for this 2 Fashion shows since our launch last year in London and Cardiff with the Wales and Fiji Rugby Union in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Fiji vs Wales Match. We recently had a teaser Fashion show with Fashions Finest in February during London Fashion Week which was a great success. All our designers are originally from New Zealand, Tonga, Samoa, Hawaii and Fiji.
