We want to invite you to join a group of kiwi women to be part of a live artwork PROCESSIONS to celebrate 100 years of votes for women in Britain and 125 years of votes for women in New Zealand.
This mass participation event takes place on the 10th Junesimultaneously in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast. Wearing green, white and violet scarves to symbolise the suffragette movement, PROCESSIONS will create a river of colour that will flow through the city streets. It’s an auspicious event and we’d love you be part of our group representing kiwi women. The route is 2.6miles long and will meander through the streets of central London.
If you’d like to join us, sign up and we will provide updates as to timings, meeting spot and logistics for the day. We have 100 spaces for the first amazing women who want to join us.
June 10 is also NZBWN’s actual birthday so expect some other birthday surprises.
This is open to all Kiwi women not only NZBWN members but all within the wider Kiwi Community. Please register and then help to spread the word!
