Greg Davidson, Chief Executive Officer, Datacom Systems Ltd
As technology transforms existing business models and gives rise to new ones, organisations need to harness emerging disruptive technologies whilst balancing future needs with today’s operational realities. Other macro-level forces such as globalisation, new expectations for customer engagement, and regulatory and compliance requirements also rely on technology. Creative leaders now need to balance actuality with inspiration by introducing ways to reshape processes and potentially transform the business without losing sight of feasibility, complexity, and risk. Hear how Greg has approached challenges within Datacom, and how they continue to adapt.
