In December of 2015, I will be walking across the continent of Antarctica hoping to become the first kiwi to successfully traverse a solo, unsupported trek. This traverse will see me cover 1170km on the coldest, driest, most inhospitable continent on our earth, in 37 days (ish)
This, all going well, will set a kiwi record and put our country in to history again.
Although a wonderful event, it has a meaning and purpose to it. You see, I have suffered from depression and an episode so bad last year has moved me to raise as much awareness about the illness as possible.
Please follow my journey on Facebook, Twitter and our website.
Although I have secured partners to help me get to the ice, we are still actively looking for more and would like to hear from you if you feel you could help.
Thanks in advance for taking the time to look at my event and I look forward to hearing from you.
