Kai Pasifika is collaborating with Buko, a pop-up restaurant lead by award winning chef, William Mordido. His menu will be an exchange of cultures and will utilise the very best of what the area has to offer, paying respects to traditional and modern techniques and flavour combinations, with a special nod to Mordido's upbringing and ongoing inspirations.
This is a pre paid event, full payment is required to complete a booking. For the full experience, cost is $65 per head, this includes 5 courses and paired Noble & Savage tea.
