The Chamber is delighted to invite you to our annual Australia Day Gala reception on Tuesday January 28th at the iconic Simpsons at The Savoy.
We will be joined by special guest Rory Stewart OBE independent candidate for the Mayor of London in 2020 and former Secretary of State for International Development and Minister for the Environment. Rory will share his position on the future of London, the value which its international community brings and the growing significance of the UK-Australia relationship as we enter the 2020s.

UPDATE : We have decided to continue with the Reception with 10% of all ticket sales donated to the Salvation Army Australia's Disaster Appeal and WIRES Australia Wildlife Rescue Organisation.
Thanks to the generous support of our Members and Partners including Etihad, Qantas, The Savoy and Westfield we will also be holding an auction at the Australia Day Reception to raise money which will be wholly donated to these two funds.
We will shortly be in touch with you to advise on the auction process for:
- 2 x economy return tickets from LHR to Australia (LHR to BNE/MEL/SYD) with Etihad
- 2 x economy return tickets from London to Australia (LHR to ADE/BNE/MEL/PER/SYD) with Qantas
- One night stay in a Junior Suite at the Savoy including breakfast for two guests
- £250 gift card, 2-hour styling appointment with a stylist and valet parking at Westfield London
For those of you who are unable to attend the Australia Day Reception, we still welcome you to bid for these items before the event and if you are the highest bidder then we will notify you on the morning of the 29th January. Winners can choose to remain anonymous if they wish.
