The New Zealand Society Scotland’s and the Arbroath Branch of the Royal British Legion’s (Scotland) 20th Anzac Day Ceremony. The service is followed by refreshments in the RBL (Scotland) Club at 8 Helen Street, Arbroath, DD11 3AP.

The Newcastle and Gateshead Branch of The RAF Association hold an annual Anzac Remembrance Ceremony at Chevington Cemetery. 2018 is the RAF’s Centenary.

The Ulster-New Zealand Trust’s Anzac commemoration service is an interdenominational service. The Rt Revd and Rt Hon Lord Eames will give the address. The service is held outside so please dress accordingly. The service is followed by light refreshments and Mrs Hilary Bracefield will give a presentation on the songs of the New Zealand Division during WWII.

Please Note: This year will be the last Anzac service held by St Paul’s Church. The Parade meets at the cemetery gates in Hatfield Road at 1445 and marches down to the War Memorial for a short service followed by the laying of wreaths. Light refreshments are offered following the service at St Paul’s Church, Blandford Road (opposite the Cemetery).
WALTON-ON-THAMES, SURREY

St Mary’s and St John’s have held a service an Anzac Service at St Mary's Church since 1920 to remember the 27,000 New Zealand soldiers who were treated at the Mount Felix Hospital during the First World War. There is a welcoming Parade outside the church at 1815 with the Anzac Service in the Church at 1830. The service will be followed by wreath-laying at the Memorial in the Cemetery.

Anzac Day service led by the Mayor’s Chaplain at the Anzac Memorial, on Weymouth Esplanade adjacent to the Russell Hotel (which was used as a hospital for Australian servicemen during the First World War). The memorial commemorates Australian and New Zealand servicemen who passed through camps and hospitals in Dorset during the First World War. All are welcome at the service.
