Rochelle Canteen founder, Margot Henderson, a fellow New Zealander, and co-founder Melanie Arnold are long-standing sustainable cooking and low-waste advocates who were inspired when they first tasted Alex’s food, so they’re excited to be able to bring his vision to the UK.
