Evensong, Westminster Abbey

Each year, Westminster Abbey dedicates an Evensong to New Zealand to recognise Waitangi Day. This year's dedicated Evensong will take place on Tuesday 8 February at 1700. The High Commissioner, Derek Leask, will read the second lesson.
The Abbey would like to extend a warm welcome to members of the New Zealand community to attend. There is no charge to attend and you do not need tickets, although it is advisable to arrive early as Evensong is open to all members of the public as seats are allocated on a first come, first serve basis and no seats are reserved specifically for New Zealanders.
The Dean and Chapter of Westminster Abbey greatly value the Abbey's links with Commonwealth nations and dedicate an Evensong to every nation on their national day. Further information can be found at: http://www.westminster-abbey.org/whats-on/commonwealth-national-days
