Kea is a not-for-profit society incorporated in New Zealand with international groups currently operating in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New England, New York, Sydney, Melbourne, China, The Netherlands, Middle East, France and the United Kingdom.
Kea is governed by a Global Board which delegates day-to-day management of the organisation to Chief Executive, Ivan Moss, who is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Ivan Moss was appointed CEO of Kea in August 2007. Ivan's priorities are to build on the achievements to date: to continue growing Kea's worldwide networking presence; excite New Zealand companies and talent to use Kea to develop their own professional networks; and to help New Zealand companies grow. Ivan returned to New Zealand in 2006 from Switzerland where he worked at IMD Business School, designing and facilitating strategy development and change programmes for major multinationals such as Nestle, Carlsberg and Visa. On his return, Ivan worked with the ICEHOUSE business incubator to help create and grow internationally successful New Zealand businesses. A chartered accountant, Ivan has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University. He has significant experience as a management consultant, financial controller and leader of change projects.

Nikitin Sallee is based in Los Angeles, and supports Kea by managing a range of special projects. Nikitin has been involved in Kea since it was first conceived in 2001, and was the founding Chair of Kea's Los Angeles chapter. Nikitin was the founding Communications Director for the NZ Treasury during the economic reforms of the late 1980s and mid 1990s, and has held various other government and public-relations roles in the public and private sectors. Nikitin was previously an award-winning journalist for National Business Review, Radio Pacific and Radio New Zealand.

Sue Sinclair joined Kea in May 2008 and her role is to manage the World Class New Zealand Network. Sue’s focus will be on working with World Class New Zealand network members individually and through a programme of events to enable them to maintain and strengthen their ties with New Zealand and contribute their unique talents and influence to the benefit of New Zealand. Sue has a strong background in network building, event management, research, teaching and sales and marketing.

Anna Groot joined Kea as UK Regional Manager in September 2007. She provides a regional access point to encourage international stakeholders to engage with the Kea network. Anna's career spans a diverse array of sectors, industries and locations. From logistical planning for Cirque Du Soleil's European Tour to developing HR policy at Greenpeace International, Anna's specialty is project management in an international setting. She was most recently with Innovision in London where she worked as a Senior Producer on Live Events for clients in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors. She holds a BA in Politics and Anthropology from the University of Auckland.

Geoff Andrews of New York City has been appointed Kea's first Regional Manager in North America. Geoff is a Kiwi with more than 25 years' business experience in the US, and has been with Kea since March 2008. This appointment was made possible through financial support from the Ministry of Economic Development.

Madeleine Lethaby joined Kea in April 2009 as acting Regional Manager Australia covering for Kathryn Bryant who is currently on maternity leave. Madeleine has a strong background in marketing and communications, as well as project and event management having worked in Australia, UK and Mexico. Prior to joining Kea, she worked in marketing with Russell Investments for over 4 years. A Kea Sydney committee member for over a year, Madeleine has experienced the Kea spirit at first hand and is very excited to come on board to continue to build the Kea brand and connect Kiwis from around the globe.

Alexandra Middleton joined Kea in April 2009 as the Regional Manager for China based in Shanghai. Alex has a background in managing projects in communications and change having worked for QBE Insurance and BOC Gases in Australia and the United States. Prior to joining Kea, Alex was the Asia Pacific Regional Coordinator for Client Services and Business Development at Burson-Marsteller PR where she was responsible for events, marketing and training. She hopes to combine her multicultural working experience with her passion for New Zealand bringing together Kea members and friends of New Zealand to build productive networks in China. Alex has a double degree in Science and Commerce from the University of Auckland and has also studied Mandarin at Shanghai's Jiao Tong University.
